Log in to your internet banking or visit your branch. Transfer the exact order amount to the Bizhub.lk escrow account. Details: Bank of Ceylon, A/C: 8001-2345-6789, Branch: Colombo Fort.

Enter your Order Reference in the remarks
This is critical — include your Order Reference Number (e.g. BH-2024-00123) in the payment description or bank remarks field. Orders without a reference may take up to 24 hours to match.

Upload your payment slip
Log back in to Bizhub.lk, go to My Orders → Upload Proof of Payment and attach a clear photo or scan of your bank receipt. This speeds up verification significantly.

Payment verified — order confirmed
Our finance team verifies transfers within 2–4 business hours on weekdays. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation once verified and your seller is notified to dispatch.

No — Bizhub.lk charges absolutely zero fees to buyers regardless of which payment method you use. The price shown on the listing is exactly what you pay. Sellers pay a platform fee of 2.5–3.5% to keep the marketplace running.
All mobile wallet payments — eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi, iPay, and Genie by HNB — are processed instantly. Debit and credit card payments are also instant. Bank transfers take 2–4 business hours on weekdays. Cash on Delivery is paid at the time of delivery.
Yes. All card transactions use 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode), meaning your bank verifies the payment directly with you. We are PCI DSS compliant and never store raw card details on our servers.
Installment plans (EMI) are available for purchases over LKR 10,000 through selected cards including Sampath, HNB, and Commercial Bank credit cards. At checkout, select your card and choose the available EMI tenure (3, 6, or 12 months). Interest rates depend on your bank.
Without a reference number, our system cannot automatically match your transfer to your order. Email payments@bizhub.lk with your bank receipt and order number within 24 hours and our finance team will manually verify and confirm your order.
Yes! International buyers can pay using Wise, SWIFT bank transfer, or an international Visa/Mastercard/Amex card. All prices are in LKR and your payment will be converted at your bank's exchange rate. Delivery options for international orders vary by seller.
If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery window, or the item received significantly differs from the seller's listing, you can open a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and issue a full refund to your original payment method if the claim is valid.
Refunds for eZ Cash, mCash, FriMi, iPay, and Genie are returned directly to the same wallet within 24–48 hours once the refund is approved by our team. You will receive an SMS notification when the refund is processed.
For B2B transactions over LKR 500,000, we recommend SWIFT international wire or local bank transfer, which have no upper limits. Contact our business team at business@bizhub.lk to arrange verified merchant accounts with enhanced transaction limits.
