Whether you want to find a supplier or sell your products island-wide, Bizhub is your hub.
How do I list my business on Bizhub.lk?
Click 'List Your Business' on our homepage and complete the free registration form. Our verification team reviews your submission within 1–2 business days. Once approved, your listing goes live in the directory immediately — visible to thousands of buyers and businesses across Sri Lanka.
Is a basic directory listing free?
Yes — a standard directory listing is completely free and includes your business name, address, contact details, category, and a short description. Premium plans unlock featured placement, unlimited photos, detailed analytics, and priority search ranking. Visit our Pricing page to compare plans.
I placed a marketplace order but haven't received it — what do I do?
First check your order status under 'My Orders' in your Bizhub account. If it hasn't updated within the expected delivery window, message the seller directly through our platform. If that doesn't resolve the issue within 24 hours, open a Buyer Protection dispute and our team will step in to help.
How do I report a fake or misleading business listing?
Use the red 'Report Urgent Issue' banner at the top of this page, or select 'Report a Listing' in the contact form below. Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours and removes verified fraudulent listings immediately. Your report is treated as confidential.
Can I update my listing details or photos after publishing?
Absolutely. Log in to your Seller Dashboard, navigate to 'My Listing', and click Edit. Changes to photos, descriptions, and contact details are saved instantly. If you need to change your registered business name or category, contact our support team for assistance.
What payment methods are accepted on the marketplace?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and local bank transfers. Cash-on-delivery is available for eligible orders within Sri Lanka. All online payments are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. For B2B invoicing or bulk order arrangements, please contact our partnerships team.
Can overseas Sri Lankan businesses list on Bizhub.lk?
Yes. Bizhub.lk welcomes diaspora-owned businesses that serve or ship to the Sri Lankan market. During registration, select 'International' as your region and our team will guide you through the verification process and available listing options.
