Time Limits
Raise your claim within 7 days of confirmed delivery date
Claims for non-delivery may be raised 3 days after the latest expected delivery date
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Protection May Not Apply
Any of these may affect your claim
You confirmed delivery and released funds before raising the issue
The purchase was made outside Bizhub.lk (phone, WhatsApp, direct bank transfer)
Your claim was submitted more than 7 days after the delivery confirmation date
The item was a digital product that has already been downloaded or activated
The damage was caused by the buyer after receipt

Repeated fraudulent claims may result in account suspension
